The directions of personnel management development in Russian companies, taking into account digital transformation in the economy and the labor market

The relevance of the article is determined by a shortage of highly qualified specialists in the Russian labor market and integration of IT solutions into company management to increase efficiency and optimize labor operations. The purpose of the study is to identify priority areas for improving HR management in Russian companies and to develop recommendations for removing barriers affecting modernization of the management system in the context of digital transformation of the economy and shortage of highly qualified specialists. Materials and methods. The research applied theoretical analysis, comparative analysis, monographic analysis, generalization and analogy. The research materials of Russian IT companies in the field of digitalization of HR processes, scientific literature and analytical publications were used. Results. The pace of digitalization in personnel management processes in Russian companies is analyzed. The initial directions of automation in the human resource management system were identified, regardless of the number of employees in the organization: personnel selection (recruiting), corporate document management and accounting of salaries, bonuses, bonuses and benefits. The importance of introducing digital tools in order to optimize labor costs and increase the efficiency of organizations is determined. In addition, the main barriers to HR-Tech products integration into HR management were clarified and supplemented: organizational, technological, personnel, financial and infrastructural obstacles. A set of measures was developed to reduce the impact of barriers to IT solutions integration into HR management on implementing digital transformation of HR functions, which includes an audit of bureaucratic procedures, forming the strategy for the transition to new digital programs by training infrastructure and personnel, creation of a training system, transition to the use of financially profitable services, changing the ways of purchasing equipment, etc. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of applied research by Russian scientists and IT sector organizations in the field of business processes digitalization, the basic areas of HR management are identified, the distinctive feature of which is versatility and demand among small, medium and large enterprises. Digitalization of personnel selection (recruiting), document management (personal files of employees, documentation, etc.) and payroll accounting (including bonuses, rewards, benefits, and key performance indicators) represent priority areas for improving HR functions in domestic companies at the early stages of management automation.
