Problems of innovations development in transport complex sphere of the Russian Federation

Innovations development in transport is understood in the context of efforts on enhancing existing decisions and processes and implementing new ones, the given work shall have a permanent and cross-disciplinary character. In particular it concerns railway transport, the share of which makes about 80% of both cargo and passenger traffic of all the country, and cost escalation for its provision can directly result in upturn in inflation. The main problems of functioning and development of the Russian Federation transport complex found reflection in work, analysis and systematization of the results obtained is carried out. Recommendations on improvement of transport infrastructure condition as well as possible instruments for innovations development in the sphere of transport services are offered.
