Investments in building industry of Chuvash Republic

The article raises the problem of financing the building industry of the Chuvash Republic by attracting investment resources. It also gives an analysis of the dynamics of investments in the fixed capital of the Chuvash Republic, including the building industry within 2008-2014, and presents the investments structure by source of funding. The authors consider the factors hampering the business activity of the Republic's building organizations, as well as the scope of mortgage lending. The authors suggest a number of measures for promoting investment activity in the building industry of the region.
