Legal category of juridical facts-conditions in the family legislation of the Russian Federation: questions of theory and practice

The article makes an attempt to characterize the place and the role in family legal regulation mechanism of one of juridical facts types –facts-conditions. Having analysed separate types of the specified legal category, the author notes that the legal nature of facts-conditions and their classification are one of the most debatable questions of domestic Family Law. By results of work the conclusion is drawn that extra research are required in the sphere being considered.
