Legal education in educational system in conditions of modernization

In article attempts to characterize the place and the role of legal education in the course of educational legislation updating. The author comes to the conclusion that in the period of educational system modernization, a gap between updated legal base and low level of education in the law of the country’s population, its legal awareness and legal culture has become evident and its can't but cause a certain concern.
