Problems of information technologies use in an arbitration process

In the article examines the problems of information technologies using and introduction in an arbitration process. The authors note a rather low level of informatization in arbitration courts, lack of coordinated interaction between them and state authorities, local governments, commercial organizations as well as lack of legal support. The prospects of using videoconferences in arbitration are studied.
