Modern methods of business planning and analysis of programs for business planning
The analysis of modern methods for business planning and modern programs for making business plans is performed as well as the structure of business plan development according to different techniques is presented. In the Russian legislation there are no generally accepted standards for developing business plans, so the characteristic of the most common to date methods for developing business plans is currently important. The article examines issues related to elaboration and implementation of development goals of an organization on the basis of its business plan, which requires a certain level of professional knowledge in different areas and attracting the efforts of all key specialists of the enterprise. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of business processes and formalization of decision-making process under uncertainty on the basis of special programs for making business plans. The choice of the program is determined by the purpose of the business plan and depends on relevant knowledge and skills of working with computer programs.
