Fixed assets: de-industrialization factor and re-industrialization policy component of economies of the Volga Federal District Regions

The article examines the complex of issues associated with provision of transition from de-industrialization to re-industrialization. The role of fixed assets in the process of re-industrialization in the Russian Federation economy is determined and the importance of its regional aspect is revealed. The results of horizontal and vertical structures analysis and the cost of fixed assets in the regions of the Volga Federal district are given. The conclusion of re-industrialization‘s deterrent factor in the context of fixed assets at the regional level is made.
