The question of legislative registration of a family as a legal category

The article assesses operating standard material concerning such institutes of family law as marriage and family. The authors analyze legal designs of specified legal categories offered in theoretical family law. Based on the results of the present work the conclusion is drawn that in our country the legislator intensively conducts legislative activities for improvement of marriage legislation, creating favorable conditions for strengthening family relations, raising the value and authority of a family.
